Begin Leg Day WERRRK:

1st Superset- 4 sets 15-20 reps

seated leg curl

2nd Superset- 4 sets 20 reps

leg press feet close

leg press feet high and wide

3rd Set- 4 sets 10-12 reps

heavy hip thrusts

4th Superset 4 sets 15 reps

glute hyper-extensions

seated calve raises

Burnout 3 sets 15 down 15 back

banded side shuffle
